Currently I am still exclusively practicing virtually. I work with my clients from a humanistic perspective and enjoy getting to know each client over time. The therapeutic relationship is sacred and I am honored to have so many long-term clients who utilize therapy sessions not only for deeper issues and stresses, but also for continual support. My clients appreciate my dedication to their overall mental and emotional health.
Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms, sometimes related to the extraordinary stress of the last few years. I also focus on relationship issues, social stresses, and other life transitions. Recently, I have developed an interest in working with cancer survivors and those suffering from chronic illnesses.
I am an authentic, dynamic and humorous therapist. My clients appreciate my honesty, compassion, and dedication to their emotional health.
